If you have one of the above insurance plans please call, text, or email to book your appointment so we can verify your insurance prior to scheduling.
If you do not have one of the above insurance plans, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits, which may allow you to be reimbursed for psychiatric services. We do accept all major credit cards for self payment options as well as Flexible spending account and HSA payment. We CANNOT accept Medicare or Medicaid patients at this time.

Initial Psychiatric Consultation
Complete Psychiatric Evaluation including Review of current symptoms, past psychiatric history, family and social history, and biopsychosocial formulation and treatment plan, including medications, if appropriate.

Important Policies and Procedures
Federal Law prohibits prescription of any controlled medications over telemedicine
COVID 19 has resulted in a temporary suspension of this regulation but due to this law, controlled medication prescriptions may not be an option.
All appointments are conducted through a HIPPA compliant video call therefore it is required that your appointment be done in a private space.
Privacy Policy: Prior to your appointment, we will send you a list of forms to be filled out electronically. One of the forms is a HIPPA Notice of Privacy form which will detail your rights as a patient and the psychiatrist’s rights.
Cancellation Policy: Payment will be made at the time the appointment is booked. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to appointment via email or message through Charm will not be refunded.
